Our Product is ISI Registered(IS-2202(Part-I)) product and follow the condition of seasoning & chemical preservation as per the standard requirement.
Due to high density nature of timber used our doors are intrinsically resistant to organisms attack.These rare & rigid species makes our flush door Strong & durable.
The technology of "Finger Joint System" for stile and rails not only makes the door stronger but also reduces the chances of wraping to greater extent.
BWP grade PF resin is used during manufacturing which provide long life to doors in any climate.
Our company go to auctions to purchase best quality timber.
As sawing is done in-house which ensures another step of quality check.
Naturally dried timber are further seasoned in kill drying as per standard.
Due to in-house working constant monitoring is done on timber before converting them from RAW TO SEMI-FINISHED.
At higher pressure with double layer which cannot be the case with softwood or particle board core.
DOOR IS CUT ACCORDING TO REQUIRED SIZES.
Finishing is done all AROUND.
Finally the best quality DOOR is manually checked and dispatch.
